With over 5 years of related industry experience she possesses a multitude of related skills including design, space planning, marketing, public relations, and research analysis.

Background & Experience
|
As the marketing and listings administrator for NAI Bergman, Brooke supported 13 real estate brokers with marketing materials, bid proposals, property presentations and advertising strategies. She has experience in researching, analyzing, and presenting real estate market information.
Brooke also has a vast understanding for architecture and interior design gained from her experiences while previously working at CSO Architects, Interiors, & Engineers. She worked in affiliation with Duke Corporation assisting in the design of commercial office building lobbies, corridors, common areas, and complete tenant improvements. Client tasks included space planning, selecting interior finishes, field verification, and drafting of electronic blue prints.
These previous industry related experiences enable Brooke to give clients additional and educated guidance relative to marketing and promoting properties as well as insight on building structure, space layout efficiency, and aesthetic design elements. |
